During my internship at Rituals I did research on in-store ordering tools and made the first design for the so called “Endless Aisle”. The aim was to enable in-store ordering through the app or a tablet. This feature is intended for customers who are physically unable to carry their products home.
The Endless Aisle
The design consists of two devices:
– A tablet for store employees to assist customers with the order
– A mobile device for customers with the Rituals app installed. The customer can pay in the store by using a QR code.
